Table

You should have a table ready for the machine when it arrives. The table should be of normal height and capable of supporting at least 300 Lbs. (Absolutely NO Card Tables!) If you wish to use a tablecloth, please have it ready also. If you do not have a suitable table, we can supply one for a small fee.

Power

The machines require a 15 amp dedicated 120 V circuit. This is a normal household outlet, however nothing else can be plugged into the oulet, or near the outlet. Under no circumstances should long extension cords or generators be used, as these can damage the machine.

Cups/Glasses

We recommend that 9-ounce or smaller cups should be used. Larger cups will cause the machine to not be able to keep up with the demand of the party, and also leads to waste as people hold the drinks till they melt, then pour them out and get a refill.

Stairs/Steps

Please be aware that these machine weigh up to 250 lbs (depending on the model). We understand that some stairs are often necessary,but excessive stairs should be avoided.
